What do I get for participating?

You will receive a $25 El Paso Electric Prepaid Mastercard within 3-4 weeks for enrolling your existing thermostat into the Energy Wise Savings Program. If you do not already have a qualifying thermostat, you may receive a $25 instant rebate off your purchase of a qualifying thermostat from the El Paso Electric Marketplace, starting July 30, 2020.

In your first year of participation, you will receive the enrollment incentive described above. In each subsequent year, participants who take part in all events will receive a $25 prepaid Mastercard after the summer season concludes. Households with more than one enrolled device may receive up to two $25 prepaid Mastercards per household per year.
