What do I get for participating?

You will receive a $50 El Paso Electric Prepaid Mastercard within 3-4 weeks for enrolling your existing thermostat into the Energy Wise Savings Program. If you do not already have a qualifying thermostat, you may receive a $25 instant rebate off your purchase of a qualifying thermostat from the El Paso Electric Marketplace, starting July 30, 2020.

In your first year of participating, you will receive the enrollment incentive mentioned above, in all years following the first year you will receive a $25 Prepaid Mastercard after the summer season is over for participating. However, if you un-enroll from the program prior to the end of the summer, you will not receive the participation incentive.
