In some cases, we are not always able to support the type of home or equipment you have. We are currently unable to support your home if:
• Your home doesn’t have a supported Wi-Fi enabled thermostat
• You are not an El Paso Electric residential customer, receiving service under a Texas or New Mexico Residential Rate Class
• Your home does not have an always-on Wi-Fi network
• Your home does not have central refrigerated air conditioning or heat pump connected to your smart thermostat(s)
